The first step to buying is arranging a pre-financing appointment.  In this appointment, I will review your goals, discuss the "ins and outs" of home buying and determine what type of mortgage you can qualify for.  Items like your credit score and income will be used to discuss what prospective lenders may think of you when you apply for the mortgage.  Family members and non-buyers are always welcome for this appointment.
